I met Stephanie & Nic today for the first time at the beautiful Adlington Hall in Macclesfield where they are having their wedding reception on Thursday. They have done all their wedding planning from their home in Brussels and only just arrived in the UK last Thursday, exactly a week before their Big Day. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was for them to book me without even meeting the happy couple until days before they become Mr & Missus!!
